MADISON - Mary M. (nee Kososky) Ptak, was born Feb. 18, 1915, in Edenborn, Fayette Co., Pa. and passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2007, in Madison, at age 92. She was a former resident of South Milwaukee for 50 years. Mary married Thomas Ptak on Aug. 30, 1937. Thomas passed away June 4, 2001. She was the loving mother of Elsie (David) Kromenaker and Thomas (Patricia) Ptak; proud grandma of seven granddaughters and eight great-grandchildren; survived by dear siblings, Ann Hawrylak and John Kososky; and further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by six siblings. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, June 23, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. at DIVINE MERCY CHURCH, 800 Marquette Ave., South Milwaukee. Inurnment will be in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday at the church, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Mary enjoyed country painting, homemaking and anything Polish. In lieu of flowers, memorials to HospiceCare Inc. are appreciated. Molthen-Bell and Sons
