Patty J. Hack, 74, of Tuscola passed away at 6:59 p.m. Friday (Dec. 2, 2011) at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.

She was born on Oct. 13, 1937 in Tuscola to Harold F. and Bernadine M. Schwanz Donnals. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Harold O. Donnals and sister, Darlene Simpson.

Survivors include her daughters, Margaret (Jim) Rock of Cecilia, Ky., Barbara Bonner of Champaign and Joy Gabbard of Atwood; her brother, Kim Donnals of Arcola; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
