Aged 82 years, of 2032 S. 70th st., passed away Dec. 28, dear father of Robert H. Jansen, Daniel J. Jansen of independence, Kan.; Marie K. Joseph of Boca Raton, Fla.; father-in-law of Evelyn Jansen and Lea Jansen, brother of Jenny Budlow, brother-in-law of Pauline Dieringer, Victor, Lawrence, and Frank Gust; also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Tues., at 8:30 a.m., from the Schaff Funeral Home, 5920 W. Lincoln av., to St. Augustine church, S. 68th and W. Rogers st., 9 a.m. In state after 6:30 p.m. Mon. Vigil 8 p.m. Mon. Interment Calvary cemetery. Retired employee of the Allis-Chalmers Corp., founder and first president of the Shippers clue of Allis-Chalmers, past chancellor commander of the Knights of Pythias, former member of the Milwaukee Toastmaster club, West Allis Old Timers club, past president Allis-Chalmers Retirement club, past president of the Holy Name society of Holy Assumption church, Holy Name society of St. Augustine church.
