Dennis Scheiderer 55 of Magnetic Springs died Mon Oct 12, 1998, at Riverside Methodist Hospital.A 1961 graduate of Richwood High School, he worked as a masseur at Magnetic Springs hotels during the 1960s and early 1970s, then worked as a painter for many years. A Magnetic Springs resident all his lire and had attended the Magnetic Spring UMC. He was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Ohio State football team.
He was born Sept. 4, 1943, in Wapakoneta to the late Paul David and Freda May Ballard Scheiderer and was predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Malcomb and two sisters, Anita Kleiber and June Fay Scheiderer.He is survived by three brothers, Jerrod of Magnetic Springs, David of Richwood and Ron of Prospect; three sisters, Miriam Smith of Magnetic Springs,Beverly Van Brimmer of Ostrander,Janet Scheiderer of Magnetic Springs', and longtime friend and honorary pall bearer, Wilbur Cantrell.Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Claibourne Cemetery. The Rev. Fred Cheney will officiate.Arrangements are being handled by the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood.
