HAMPTON — Dorothy R. Nolte, 86, of Hampton, died Saturday (Aug. 30, 2003) at the Franklin General Nursing Facility in Hampton. Burial will be in the Hampton Cemetery.Dorothy was born July 30, 1917, in Britton, S.D., a daughter of Orvis Ray and Emily (Chadwick) Ellsworth. She was united in marriage to Elmer Nolte on Dec. 23, 1979 in Hampton. She was an elementary school teacher in South Dakota, Montana, Illinois and Iowa. She is survived by her husband, Elmer Nolte, of Hampton; a brother, Dwight C. Ellsworth, of Edgemont, S.D.; a sister, Mary Zoe Nolte, of Cedar Rapids; a nephew, David M. and wife Mari Nolte, of Reinbeck, Iowa; a nephew, C. Ted Nolte, of Des Moines; a niece, Anne Nolte, of Independence; great-nephew, Ben Nolte, of Albuquerque, N.M.; great-niece, Christen Nolte, of Mason City; stepson, Mike and wife, Carol Nolte, of Hampton; stepgrandchildren, Keith, Matt, and Cassie Nolte, of Hampton.She was preceded in death by her parents; baby brother, Duane; sisters Claire and Joyce Ellsworth, brother-in-law David J.
