Frederick Perronne, 82, Route 1, Sheboygan, a mile and a half north of Howards Grove, died at his home Wednesday night after an eight day illness.

He was born Feb. 19, 1857, in the province of Brandenburg, Germany, son of Michael and Marie Perronne. He came to America at the age of nine after a short stay in Chicago with his parents. The family moved to Sheboygan and has resided in the county since. For the past 48 years he had lived on the present homestead.

He married Wilhelmina Winkel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gottfried Winkel on Sept. 5, 1880. He was a member of the town of Herman Trinity Lutheran Church. His wife died three years ago.

Survivors are six sons, William of Lowell, Wis., Fred at home, Herman of Sheboygan, Martin of town Herman, Louis at Franklin and Paul of town Mosel; 37 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a brother, Christ of Plymouth. A daughter died four years ago.

Funeral services will be at the home and at the town of Herman Trinity Lutheran church, the Rev. Walter Kitzerow officiating, with interment in the church cemetery.
