He was the husband of Sharon Novak Roeber.
Born Sunday, Aug. 5, 1951, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of Rosemary Healey Roeber and the late Robert W. Roeber. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 477 of Pittston.
Surviving relatives include his son, Thomas Roeber, New York; daughters, Michele and husband, Rob Rent, Florida; and Robin Roeber, New York; stepson, Kevin Gallagher, Pittston; brothers, Raymond Roeber, Pittston; and Richard Roeber, Pittston; sister, Rita Reed, Pittston; granddaughters, Rachael Rent, Florida; and Robin Rent, Florida; grandsons, Brian White, Florida; and Dustin White, Florida; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Rose Ann Roeber.
Funeral services are entrusted to Graziano Funeral Home Inc., Pittston Township, PA 18640.
Viewing hours will be held at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Funeral services will begin at the funeral home at 9 a.m. Friday.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Pittston, at 9:30 a.m. Friday. Services will conclude at the church.
