She was born October 10, 1926 in Russell County to the late Vernon & Anna Mann Dalton.
Mary was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Carson Holt; 1 sister, Doris Antle; 1 brother, Gene Dalton; 2 granddaughters, Sonya Holt, Mary Jo Holt.

Funeral service for Mary Stella Holt will be 12 PM. Saturday, March 7, 2020 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tony Wright officiating.
Visitation 9 AM. Saturday until funeral time at 12 Noon.
Interment in the Ridgecrest Cemetery.
