VRABLE, ANDY, CHESANING, MICHIGAN. Passed away peacefully at his home Saturday afternoon April 22, 2000. Age 87 years. He was born February 28, 1913. His parents were John and Mary (Matus) Vrable. He married Christine Krupp on June 26, 1937 in Maple Grove Township. She survives him. Surviving besides his wife are his 13 childen and their spouses, Arnold and Janet Vrable, Oakley; Sally and Frank Reiber, Chesaning Janet and Don Amman, Chesaning; Jim and Ellie Vrable, Chesaning; Joyce and Ron Amman, Oakley; Robert and Marlene Vrable, Chesaning, Angie and Norm Angst, Chesaning; Roger and Lois Vrable, Chesaning; Carl and Yvonne Vrable, Chesaning; Ralph and Marty Vrable, Montrose; Alice and Dave Pappenheimer, Chesaning; Betty and Roger Hollenback, Chesaning; Sheila and Phil Giesken, Chesaning; 45 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren. Andy farmed and worked at Peet Packing, Buick and Chesaning Gas and Oil. He retired from Chesaning Gas and Oil in 1978. Those who have preceded himn in death include one grandson, Rodney Angst, five brothers and four sisters, Steve, Jack, Joe, Mike, Pat, Julia Luha, Mary DeSander, Elizabeth Morrissette and Irene Perry. Funeral Mass will take place 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2000 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Maple Grove. Rev. Fr. Randy Kelly officiating. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery. Friends may call at MIsiuk Funeral Home, Chesaning on Monday from 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday morning at the funeral home from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. There will be a Wake Service at the funeral home on Monday evening at 7:00 p.m.
