Milton A. Copsey age 89 of Prairie du Chien, WI passed away Sunday, July 31, 2011 at the Lancaster Care Center in Lancaster, WI. He was born March 13, 1922 in Prairie du Chien, the son of Perry and Nora (Vanderbilt) Copsey. He married Catherine Michel on January 22, 1958 at St. Gabriel's Church in Prairie du Chien.
Milton worked in a cheese factory and later for Hiram Walker in Prairie du Chien. Milton's last employment was with the Burlington Northern railroad.
Milton enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Catherine of Prairie du Chien, his sons, Kenneth (Althea) and Michael Copsey, his daughter Cheri (William) Baker and 4 grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother-in-law Horace (Alice) Michel.
