CONCORDIA — Katherine "Kay" Faye Clark, 83, Concordia, died Monday, July 12, 1993, at the Mount Joseph Care Home, Concordia. Mrs. Clark was born Katherine F. Baldwin on April 16, 1910, at Ada. She was retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Oklahoma City, the Catholic Daughters and the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Her husband, Thomas C., preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sisters, Grace Gasaway of Concordia and Stella M. Beltz of Oklahoma City; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at the Mount Joseph Chapel, Concordia, the Revs. Henry Kieffer and John Lahey officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Oklahoma City. Memorials may be made to Mount Joseph Care Home or the church. Visitation will be an hour before the service today at the chapel. The Chaput-Bouy Funeral Home, 325 W. Sixth St., P.O. Box 606, Concordia, 66901, is in charge of arrangements.
