Cecil E. Seibert, 68, Newton, died at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday at the Olney Care Center.

Services will be in the Buchanan Funeral Home in Newton, with Rev. Edward Cockrel and Rev. Robert Smith presiding. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Seibert was born July 2, 1913 in Terre Haute, Ind., the daughter of Mark and Mary (Williams) Litherland.

She married Aaron Seibert and he survives.

She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Newton.

Other survivors include two sons, Jerry, Yale, Wayne, New Haven, Conn.; three daughters, Mrs. Renee Grobleben, Millington, Tn., Mrs. Janet Zimmerman, Largo, Fla., Mrs. Mary McKinney, Windsor; three brothers, Vern and Harold Litherland, Allendale, Donald, San Antonio, Texas; a sister, Patricia Muth, Cinncinnati, Ohio; 16 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, a brother, and a sister.
