Dorothea grew up in Louisville where she attended Shawnee High School and Franklin College. She was a retired librarian, an avid sports fan, and served as a chairman of the A.A. Token Club in Jeffersonville.
She is survived by her sons, Rick Hundley (Cyndy) of Paducah, KY, James & John Baumberger of Clarksville, & Andrew Baumberger (Angela) of Jeffersonville, IN; her grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Al Blevens & Murray Baumberger; & her son, Kirk Baumberger.
Her visitation will be from 12 to 1 PM on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, February 18, at 1 PM at the funeral home. Published in The Courier-Journal on February 11, 2012.
