Married 30th March 1796, Mary Elizabeth Jane Douglas, eldest daughter of Colonel Archibald Hamilton of Innerwick, Haddingtonshire. Collector of Widows' Fund, 1805-18.

At His house, Northumberland-street, Edinburgh, on the 11th last, Francis Napier, Esq., W.S., eldest son of the late Major-General, the Hon Mark Napier.
