Miss Edna Dahlk, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Dahlk was born in the township of Middleton, Aug. 15, 1902. She died at her home in Verona, at the age of 16 years 2 months and 1 day, Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, after a brief illness of Spanish influenza and pneumonia.

Interment occurred at Verona cemetery Friday.

Miss Dahlk leaves to mourn her loss, besides her parents, her sister, Miss Clara Dahlk, and her two 1 brothers, William and Gilbert.

At the age of 13 years Miss Dahlk was converted with. a few others in a tent meeting in west Middleton under the faithful preaching of the Rev Mr E. P. Mankofsky and united with the West Middleton Evangelica, church. Her testimony was- clear and her love for God and the bible, the Church and the home was unfailing.

Verona Methodist Episcopal church on April 13, 1918. Her willing and efficient services as an active member of the church of God from her conversion has been fruitful of much good and has left a perfect example of the possibilities of what consecrated youth is able to perform in the work of God.
