Bill Rettig, age 86, of Branson, Missouri, formerly of Little Rock passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 in Springfield, Missouri. He was born on January 9, 1926 in Wichita Falls, Texas, the son of the late Alfred Melvin and Lady Dean Wright Rettig. Bill was was retired from the U.S. Civil Service Commission and a U.S. Air Force Veteran of WWII.
His wife Nancy Hunter Rettig preceded him in death on April 10, 2011.

Survivors include one son, Jeffery a Rettig and wife Martha of Branson, Missouri; one daughter Suzanne and Mike McGuire of Birmingham, Alabama, five granddaughters, Emily McGuire of Birmingham; Jessica Vickery and husband, Josh of Moody Alabama, Elizabeth Eades and husband Jimmy of Calera, Alabama; Kate Rettig of Liberty, Missouri; Megan Rettig of Branson, Missouri.; two great-grandsons, Matthew and Caleb Vickery of Moody, Alabama.

Graveside services will be 1:PM Saturday February 25, 2012 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Arkadelphia with Ed Matthews officiating.
Arrangements are by Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.
