LEIPSIC, Apr. 9 - Frank Niese, 71, farmer of Route 2, died at 6:15 a.m. Sunday in his home following an illness of five months.
He was a native of Liberty-tp, Putnam-co, and spent his entire life there.
Surviving are his widow, Adline; two sons, Vincent and Norbert, Leipsic; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Schumaker, Findlay, and Mrs. Alfred Meyer, Columbus Grove; a brother, Edward, Leipsic, and two sisters, Mrs. Benjamin Schroeder and Mrs. Julius Schroeder, both of Leipsic, and 27 grandchildren.
The body will be removed from Peoples funeral home, Leipsic, to the residence Monday afternoon to remain until services at 9 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Catholic church. The Rev. Henry Bushkohl will officiate and burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery.
