Ed was born on the Kammerer homestead in Elk Grove & died at age 93. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII in the Southern Philippines. He had been a land leveler & later worked for the Elk Grove School District, retiring from that. Preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Ruth; & his 13 siblings. Survived by his daughter, Kathy Dokimos (Ernest), nieces & nephews; step-grandchildren, great & gr-gr-grandchildren.
