Vera F. Kulpinski, 73, of Waldron, died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002 at Major Hospital. Born March 27, 1929 in Decatur County, she was the daughter of Forrest and Rosa (Clem) Lemmons. On April 3, 1948, she married Edward Kulpinski, who preceded her in death on June 27, 1992.

Survivors include one son, Steve E. Kulpinski of Greensburg; one daughter, Jacalyn Tanner of Waldron; two sisters, Ruby Beyers of Monrovia and Alice Irene Bullard of Osgood; two brothers, Stanley Lemmons of Adams and Riley Lemmons of St. Paul; five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Myron Kulpinski.

Mrs. Kulpinski lived in the area for 51 years, and formerly lived in Indianapolis. She was a homemaker and a member of the Waldron Baptist Church.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Glenn E. George Funeral Home in St. Paul. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Steve Holland officiating. Burial will be in Star Cemetery in Decatur County. Memorial contributions may be made to Waldron Baptist Church Building Fund in care of the funeral home.
