WORTHINGTON, Iowa -- Grace M. Wolfe, 75, of Clinton, formerly of Worthington, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 16, at Prince of Peace Parish, Clinton. Burial will be in St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 15, at Pape Funeral Home, 2308 Pershing Blvd., Clinton. Friends also may call after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
Grace was born on Nov. 16, 1936, in Worthington, daughter of Lawrence and Mary (Melchert) Jaeger. She graduated from St. Paul High School in Worthington in 1954.
She married John Wolfe on Nov. 19, 1955, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Worthington.
Surviving are her husband, John; a daughter, Debra (Dan) Kohrt, of Clinton; three sons, Gary (Margaret Kuhl) Wolfe, of Clinton, Dennis Wolfe, of Cedar Rapids, and James Wolfe, of Los Gatos, Calif.; four grandchildren, Christopher (Tia Coleman) Kohrt, Erin Kohrt and Britteny and Brooke Wolfe; two great-grandchildren, Kearra and Chase Kohrt; and a sister, Laura (Don) Willenbring, of Farley, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Helen; and a brother, Jerome.
