Mrs. Barlow was born in Bridgeville, the daughter of the late Herbert and Louise Ryan.
She and her husband loved to square dance. She also loved to crochet and do needlework.
Mrs. Barlow attended the Calvary Wesleyan Church in Harrington.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Chick" Barlow, and a daughter, Mary Ann Draper. She is survived by two sons, Joseph Barlow of Harrington and Herbert Barlow of Georgetown; a daughter, Jeanie Barlow of Harrington; a sister, Margaret Pyle of Bridgeville; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the Melvin Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
