Frances Naomi Keller, of Madison, passed away on in Brookfield.
She was born in Viola, the daughter of Thomas and Prudence Schroeder. Frances graduated from Viola High School and played the French horn while attending there. She graduated from UW-Wisconsin Stout. Frances married Charles Arthur Keller Jr. Over the years, she was employed by Marshall Fields in Chicago, Ill., as a food service manager, the YMCA as an administrator of their cafeteria, Mendota State Hospital as food service administrator, and the State Department of Health and Social Services as administrator of the food service section.
Frances is survived her daughter, her grandchildren, her great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband; and brothers, Frederick and John Schroeder.

"They call it death until the angel comes to open the door; the door that opens and shuts us in from world's toil and strife. When the boon of rest comes to weary souls and when the burden of care is lost; when the harbor of heaven welcomes those o'er the world sea tempest tossed; thank God for the door by whatever name that waits at the end of the road for it widely swings to let us in to the paradise of God."
