She was born May 11, 1908 in Franklin Township, Fayette County, Pa., daughter of Frank Brock and Phoebe Murphy Brock.
Mildred was a member of Pleasant View United Presbyterian Church in Smock, Pa.
Her husband, Ernest W. Randolph, two sons, Ernest W. Randolph and E. Merle Randolph, three great grandchildren, Kimberly Bracaiella, Sean Higinbotham and Julie Randolph, sisters and brothers, Harriett Cunningham, Helen Brock, Wendell Brock, Paul Brock, Blanche Lynn, James Brock, Frances Budd, and parents preceded her in death.
