Shirley Jean Zuechner Yoder, age 89, was a daughter of the late John E. and Lois Elouise Cheney Zuechner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank H. Yoder.
Shirley married Frank H. Yoder in July of 1948. She graduated from Central High School and Aberdeen Business College and worked for various corporations in administrative and secretarial positions early on before settling into homemaker. She was closely involved with the Daniels Lutheran Church community and the Lutheran Women's Association, and also, active in the area 4-H Club and local agricultural service programs. Shirley owned and operated a small local antique shop business for a time. Her children will mostly remember her loving, steadfast and faithful dedication to them and her late husband Frank.
Interment in Daniels Lutheran Church Cemetery.
