Virginia Beach - Robert Woodhouse Barcroft, 74, passed away suddenly April 3, 2012.
Mr. Barcroft was born March 27, 1938 to the late Edward "Ned" and Hattie Mae Barcroft. He served our country proudly in the U.S. Army. After his military service Mr. Barcroft became a master pipefitter with the Naval Shipyard until his retirement. He loved to draw, working in his yard, and spending time with the people he loved, especially his beloved wife the late Deloris Barcroft. He will always be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish his memory is: son, Robert L. Brown Jr. and Tiffany; two daughters: Lorrie Reid and husband Jimmy, Teresa Cook; brother, Cecil J. Barcroft and wife Sandy; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
