eleven miles north of Alta until
he retired from active farming. He
then spent several years in Alta,
but he disposed of his property
here and moved to Florida, living
in St. Petersburg. He resided in
Georgia for some years, where he
acquired a large tract of land, but
he disposed of that and returned
to Florida where he lived the rest
of his days. His wife died several
