MRS. MARY CHERMAK DIES - 40-YEAR RESIDENT OF GIFFORD PASSES AWAY; RITES SATURDAY
GIFFORD, NOV. 14.- Mrs. Mary Chermak, 81 a resident of Gifford for 40 years, passed away at her home at 8 o'clock tonight after an illness of several weeks.
She is survived by seven children; Louis Chermak, Joe Chermak, Frank Chermak, of Gifford, John Chermak, Vancouver, Wash.; Mrs. Charles Futter, Lower Lake, Calif., Mrs. Harry Meyers, Spokane, and Mrs. A. F. Futter, Weston, Ore.; also 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at her home. Interment will be at the Gifford cemetery with Brower-Wann company in charge.

GIFFORD, NOV. 15 - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Chermak will be held at Gifford tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. The body will be laid to rest in the cemetery at Myrtle.

GIFFORD, NOV. 16 - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Chermak were held at her home in Gifford this afternoon at 1:30 o'clock with the Rev. James Pearson as officiant. Mrs. John Mehl and Mrs. Lee Summers sang to the accompaniment of Miss Peterson.
The pallbearers, grandsons of Mrs. Chermak, follow: Irvine Futter, Frank Chermak, Joe Chermak, John Chermak, John Summers and Otaker Chermak.
