BANCROFT, Iowa - Services for Gertrude M. Vaske, 98, of Bancroft will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. John's Catholic Church, Bancroft. Burial will be in St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Bancroft.

Vaske died Monday, April 23, 2012, at Heritage Nursing Home, Bancroft. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at St. John's Catholic Church, Bancroft. There also will be an Altar Society rosary 4 p.m. and a scripture prayer service 7:30 p.m., both on Thursday at the church. Oakcrest Funeral Services, Bancroft, is in charge of arrangements.
