John A. L. Lousignot
Diphtheria almost an epidemic in the Wilson school district, a few miles Northwest of Forest Grove. The little son of William Lousignont was the first to contract the disease and before it was know that it was diphtheria, the sister attended school and it is thought the disease spread by this means. The first victim died and was buried Saturday.
