Funeral services for Willie D. Midgett, 50, 2200 Kline Avenue, will be held at the Grandview Baptist Church at 1:30 o'clock this afternoon. The Rev. J. R. Kyzar will officiate and burial will be in Poplar Hill Cemetery, Watertown, Tenn.
He was a railway postal clerk for the past 13 years. A native of Watertown, he came here 15 years ago from Akron, O. He was a member of the Railway Mail Clerks' Association and the Grandview Baptist Church.
Mr. Midgett died of a heart attack at his home Friday afternoon.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Catherine Jenkins Midgett; four sons, Richard, Paul, Fred and Jimmie Midgett; four daughters, Willette, Lou Ellen, Ann and Sandra Midgett; three brothers, R. O. Midgett of Nashville and Charlie and Chester Midgett of Carthage; and four sisters, Mrs. Mose Eastes, Mrs. Horace Murphy, Mrs. Tom Moore and Mrs. Chester Bell, all of Watertown.
