Son of Peter Kunz and Anna Laubach. Married 8 Oct 1890 in Milwaukee Co Wisconson, Bertha M. Ziebell, the daughter of Wilhelm and Carolina Ziebell from Schivelbein, Prussia. They had two children together. Jacob J. Kunz was a barber in early Milwaukee and had a large home at 2711 Grand Avenue. His father Peter Kunz was a saloonkeeper in early Milwaukee but was a troubled man and committed suicide. Jacob's mother Anna (Laubach) Kunz remarried in 1880 Martin Rybold and they ran some early Milwaukee saloons together. It was a 2nd marriage for her, but a 3rd for him. Anna is buried with both husbands in Calvary Cemetery, Milwaukee WI.

Audrey is buried in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Milwaukee, WI.
