Services were held Tuesday at 2 o’clock from the Polnaszek Funeral Home in Abbotsford for Walter Lueth Jr., 53, of Curtiss, who died at 6:10 a.m. Sunday in the town of Holton.

The Rev. Roger Tellock, pastor of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Curtiss, officiated, and burial was made in the Pine Hill Cemetery, Curtiss.

Mr. Lueth was born March 24, 1917 in the town of Mayville, Clark County, and he received his education in the Curtiss schools.

He was married September 1, 1943 in Owen to Leona Lenser, farmed in the Curtiss area and had been employed several years at the Johnson Silo Company in Colby.

Survivors include his wife and three brothers, Edward, Abbotsford, Fielders, Dorchester, and Carl, Hazelhurst.

He was preceded in death by a son, one sister, and his parents.
