Lester S. Sprenkle
Windsor - Lester S. Sprenkle, 73, husband of Marian Hess Sprenkle, Windsor RD 1, died at 9:34 p.m. Monday at York Hospital. A native of York County, Mr. Sprenkle was a son of the late Edwin and Amanda Smith Sprenkle. He was a retired employee of PennDOT where he was employed for over 25 years as a highway specialist. He held membership in Red Lion Lodge of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
Surviving, in addition to his widow, are nieces and nephews.
The Rev. E. M. Clapper, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church of Red Lion, will officiate the funeral services at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Burg Funeral Home, 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Burial will be in Windsor Union Cemetery."
