She was born Sept. 30, 1904, in Boone County, Mo., daughter of Dan and Ida May McLane Stanton. On June 23, 1925 in Centralia, Mo. she married Bill Hatfield who died June 14, 1955. Mrs. Hatfield was a homemaker. She was a member of Emmett Avenue Baptist Church and Order of the Eastern Star No. 57. Survivors include two sons, Ray Hatfield and Benny Hatfield, both of Sedalia; two daughters, Marge Brown, Sedalia, Linda Geumer, Liberty, Mo.; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Ewing Funeral Home with the Rev. Orval Woolery officiating. Pallbearers will be Glenn Moore, Raymond Bell, Roy DeHaven, Ray Hendricks, Emmett Fairfax and Eugene Herrick. Honorary pallbearers will be Ike Skelton, Victor Jackson, Floyd Hatfield, Henry Hatield, Mark Bunch, Randy Brown and Greg Geumer.
Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
