OBITUARY: Hilda Hunt, 84, of Smackover, died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. She was born on Dec. 25, 1927, in Edingen, Germany. Hilda was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in El Dorado. She was a loving and devoted wife. She enjoyed cooking and reading and traveling. Preceding her in death were her parents, Konrad and Katharina Feuerstein; and her husband, Murry Hunt. Her survivors include her only son, Rainer Mraz of Dallas; two sisters, Manda Zimmer and Sigrid Eckweiler; a brother, Karl-Heinz Feuerstein, all of Edingen, Germany; three grandchildren, Rainer Mraz Jr., Tiffany Mraz, and Angelique Mraz, all of Dallas; and five great-grandchildren, Courtney, Alexus, Devonte, Neelah and Drew, all of Dallas; step-daughter, Beth Williams; three step-grandchildren; and Hannelore Gilkey of Smackover, to whom the family would like to express special thanks for being a devoted longtime friend to both Hilda and Murry. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today, at Our Savior Lutheran Church, with the Rev. David Riley officiating. Burial will follow in Smackover Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors. Memorials may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church, 900 W. Faulkner, El Dorado, AR 71730.
