D. Hinrichs Sr. Services Held
Funeral services were held September 3 at 10 a.m. from the Smith Funeral Home in Moulton for Dolphie Hinrichs, Sr., who died September 1 at the Renger Memorial Hospital in Hallettsville.
The Rev. Claude F. O'Neall, retired Baptist minister, officiated at the services with burial following in the Gonzales Woodman of the World cemetery. The Moulton Masonic Lodge was in charge of the graveside services.
Mr. Hinrichs, a retired plumber, was born in Moulton, the son of A. W. and Annie Bueding Hinrichs of Gonzales. He was 77.
Survivors include his widow, of Moulton; three sons, Dolphie Hinrichs, Jr., Houston; Charles W. Hinrichs of Libya, North Africa; and Donald F. Hinrichs of Port Arthur; one daughter, Mrs. F. E. (Dorothy) Yeakel of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. Alma Letbetter of Port Arthur; Mrs. H. R (Hildarine) Wilson, Gonzales; and Mrs. J. W. (Garnett) McDonald of Beaumont; and five grandchildren.
