Hugh J. Algeo, Jr., of Warwick Township died in Doylestown Hospital surrounded by his family on Saturday, June 2, 2012. He was 82 years old.
He was the son of Hugh Algeo (deceased) and Grace McFadden Algeo (deceased). He was also predeceased by his siblings Bill, Jack and Patsy.
Hugh is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rita Gmeiner Algeo and his children, Judith Algeo (Frank Cervone), Theresa Breen (James), Hugh J. Algeo, III, Rita Bianchini (Michael), Donna Algeo Murtaugh and Thomas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Hugh was born and raised in Philadelphia, lived in West Chester, Pa. and retired to Warwick Township.
A printer by trade, he also owned an exterminating business. An avid bowler, he took pride and joy in the sport.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 7th at St. Maximillian Kolbe, 15 E. Pleasant Grove Road, West Chester, PA 19382, where friends may call after 9 a.m. in church.
Interment Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
