Sharon Joan Ellis, 71, of Norwalk passed away June 5, 2012 at HCI, Kavanagh House.

She was born February 10, 1941 to Frieda and George Hasel in Ivanhoe, MN.

She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Duane, children, Connie Schuring (Dan), Pam Owens (Kyle), Jeff Feldman (JoDee), Janet Hill (Larry), Jeannette Lose, and Mike Ellis (Angela). Grandchildren, Katie, Emily, Carlye, Annie, Jaycie, Alex, Carl, Carrie, Ashley, Molly, Zach, Abbey, and Kennedy, and 4 great-grandchildren. Survivors also include her sisters Georgia Slothauber, Jackie Fredette (Larry), and Mary Peplin (Bob). Sharon had many other loving family members and friends.

The family will greet friends Thursday, June 7, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Norwalk United Methodist Church. Services celebrating Sharon's life will be held at Norwalk United Methodist Church at 10 a.m. Friday, with burial at the Norwalk Cemetery.
