"age 87, West Plains, Missouri, passed away at 2:15 a.m., Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at West Vue Nursing Center. He was born June 1, 1930, at Cleveland, Ohio, to Fred Ernst Bicker and Julia Wolf Bicker. Mr. Bicker was a veteran, having served with the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. On November 14, 1953, he was married at Garfield Heights, Ohio, to Judith K. Leppert. Before his retirement, Mr. Bicker was a bus driver for the City of Maple Heights, Ohio. He enjoyed wood carving and model trains. Mr. Bicker was very strong in his faith and was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Houston, Missouri. He is survived by his wife of sixty-three years, Judy Bicker; two children, Lois Bicker and William E. Bicker and wife, Ann; two granddaughters, Megan Channell and husband, Steve and Andrea Davis and husband Randy; and four great-grandchildren. His parents, and two sisters, Bertha Bicker and Bernice Keefer, precede him in death. "
