Christopher Dean Strobel
Christopher Dean Strobel, 20, died Sunday, July 15, 1990, on a farm near Great Bend, as the result of an accident.
He was born July 16, 1969, at Wichita, the son of Richard and Kathy Wolf Strobel. A graduate of Macksville High School in 1988, and a lifetime resident of the Great Bend area, he was a farmer.
He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Great Bend.
Survivors include: mother, Great Bend; a brother, Keith, of the home; a sister, Amy, of the home; and grandparents, Lillie Strobel, Great Bend, and Frank and Sue Wolf, Jetmore.
Vigil wake service was held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fryberger Mortuary, Great Bend. Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Great Bend, with Father Gerald Hammeke presiding. Burial in Great Bend Cemetery.
