HURRICANE - Scott Patrick Connors, 17, passed away July 23, 2004, in his home.

He is survived by his parents, Patrick and Cynthia Connors, along with his siblings, Christopher, Allison, and Ashley; his aunt, Helenrae; and many close friends.

Scott was born in Trenton, N.J., on July 29, 1986. He attended three years of elementary and middle school in Jackson, Ohio. He began and completed his high school education at Hurricane High School. He received his diploma this past May. Scott was scheduled to enter the United States Air Force in August, as an active duty airman.

Scott was a loving and compassionate brother, son, and friend. He touched the hearts of everyone he knew, and he will surely be missed.

Service will be 4 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2004, at Forrest Burdette Memorial United Methodist Church, 2848 Putnam Avenue, Hurricane, W.Va., with Dr. Dan A. Hogan officiating.

Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 25, at Chapman Funeral Home, 3941 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, W.Va.
