Reginia M. "Ginny" Rusch, 82, of 1218 Geele Ave. passed away Monday, June 25, 2012, at Sheboygan Senior Community.

Born May 24, 1930, in the Town of Holland, Ginny was a daughter of the late Elmer and Lizzie Ter Maat Lohuis. On March 18, 1950, she was united in marriage to Merlin Rusch. The couple celebrated 62 years of marriage this year.

Ginny was a member of Fountain Park United Methodist Church where she was a former Sunday School Teacher and a member of the Quilting Committee. Ginny was a Red Cross Blood Bank Volunteer. Her family was very important to her and she treasured her time spent with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Merlin; four children, Kay (Randall) Wodrich, Sue Hert, Jay (Geri) Rusch, Joy (William) Powers; seven grandchildren, Jana Wodrich, Ryan (Andrea) Wodrich, Jessica (James) Grier, Jill Hert, Joshua Hert, Kaylen Rusch, Andrea Rusch; one great-granddaughter, Eleanor Grier; one brother, Norbert (Esther) Lohuis; three sisters-in-law, Janice Lohuis, Nancy Rusch, Juiliann (Melvin) Stache; her best friend Hilda Loewen; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Lee Rusch; her son Jon Rusch; her two brothers Donald (Shirley) Lohuis and Earl Lohuis and a brother-in-law, Arthur Rusch, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Fountain Park United Methodist Church, 828 Erie Ave. The Rev. Bruce Fish, will officiate. Burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
