James Andrew Fronius

passed away the morning of Monday, June 25, 2012, at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born Jan. 23, 1955, in New Castle, he was a son of Paul and Inez Ezzell Fronius.
James married Kristine Nord on April 29, 1978.
A 1973 graduate of Union High School, he was employed by Praxis International for 28 years.
James enjoyed reading, landscaping and yard work. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed collecting Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates memorabilia. But most of all, he loved to follow Geneva football, where his son, Ryan, plays and will be a senior this year.
He was a devout Christian and enjoyed reading the Bible.
He was a member of First Assembly of God.
In addition to his father, Paul of New Castle, and his wife, Kristine, he is survived by two sons, Jason C. Fronius of Pittsburgh and Ryan A. Fronius of New Castle; one brother, Paul Fronius and his wife, Judy, of New Castle; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dr. Roland and Marjorie Nord of New Castle; three brothers-in-law, Dr. Richard Nord and his wife, Donna, Dr. D. Scott Nord and his wife, Dr. Phyllis Parcella, and Kevin Nord and his wife, Maryanne; eight nieces and nephews; and two great-nieces.
James was preceded in death by his mother and an infant daughter.
