He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Burkhart. Surviving are his wife, Barbara Wood Burkhart, a son, Jerry of Barnesville; two daughters, Mrs. Ted (Mary Margaret) Habak of Washington, Pa., and Mrs. Jim (Karen) Hanlon of Bethesda; his mother Marie Burkhart of Barnesville; a brother, Paul of
Barnesville; a grandson.
Burial in Assumption Church Cemetery, Barnesville, Ohio.
