Tanna Jo Hatch was born February 26, 1984 in Thermopolis. She had dark hair, dark eyes, long fingers and Nathan and Kathy Heiss were thrilled with their precious little bundle.

Nathan and Kathy moved their small family to Star Valley at the end of 1984. This is where Tanna grew into the beautiful woman she became.

As a little girl, Tanna was content just to be doing anything, but her favorite things to do were "mommy" things - something she never grew out of. She loved to cook, wait on everyone, go grocery shopping and take care of her teddy bear. She also loved attention from her brother and would clean his room or wear his shoes just to be near him. She loved her Nay Nay.

Tanna was a typical teenager and loved to be with her friends and giggled a lot. She was active in the 4-H program raising and showing pigs and was also involved in the horse program. She enjoyed her animals and really loved to ride.

Tanna was a bit timid to try new things, but once she did something, nothing was going to hold her back.

Tanna enjoyed spending lots of time with her family. They would share in a variety of things like getting wood and doing yard work, going camping and fishing or holding a barbecue.

In 2001, Tanna married Les Scott. From this union, Gage Alan, now age six, was born. They later divorced.

Tanna was remarried in 2003 to Hank S Hatch. They were blessed with three beautiful children, Wyatt Riley, age three, Brooke Marie, age two and Teagen Ray age seven months. They were the loves of Tanna's life. She loved sharing the outdoors with her children, reading them bedtime stories and swimming with them. But most of all, she just enjoyed being with them.

Tanna is survived by her husband, Hank, her children, Wyatt, Brooke and Teagen, her parents, Nathan and Kathy Heiss, her brother, Nate Heiss, Jr., her grandparents, Wallace and Carol Hoskins and Leonard and Sharon Heiss and her aunts and uncles, Karen and Shane Reece and Tina and Jack Silva.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Constance Jean Tracy.
