Lawrence Journal-World April 15, 2004:

Services for Sally Yvonne Eisman, 67, Linwood, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs. Burial will follow in Bonner Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Eisman died Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.

She was born Nov. 18, 1936, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Leonard and Francis Peoples. She was a lifelong resident of the area.

Mrs. Eisman had worked for Mason's Greenhouse in Linwood for more than 15 years.

Her husband, Thomas E. Eisman Sr., died in 1984.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas E. Eisman Jr., Independence, Mo., and Brett A. Eisman, Tonganoxie; three daughters, Kathy L. Eisman, Lawrence, Pam S. Keling, Novi, Mich., and Tonia L. Carver, Topeka; two brothers, Lester Peoples, Bonner Springs, and Carl Peoples, Topeka; two sisters, Sondra Straight, Shawnee, and Sharyl Smith, Kansas City, Kan.; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where family will receive them from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday.
