Ulysses - Pauline Brack, 81, died Sunday at Western Prairie Nursing Home in Ulysses. Born Pauline Lebsack, October 8, 1897 in Rush County, she married William Brack, March 24, 1915, at Otis. She moved to Ulysses from Otis in 1978.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church and a charter member of the VFW Auxiliary, both of Otis.
Survivors include her husband of the home, one son, Vernon of Olathe; one daughter, Mrs. Ethel Lock of Ulysses; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Mausolf and Mrs. Rachel Hays, both of Great Bend; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Funerals will be at 8 p.m. Monday at Phillips Mortuary Chapel in Ulysses with the Rev. Harry Betts officiating and at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church with the Rev Raymond Hall officiating. Burial will be in the Otis Cemetery. Friends May call at the Janousek Funeral Home in LaCrosse from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday."
