PRETTY CEREMONY IS PERFORMED AT WHITELAW TODAY
One of the charming spring weddings to be celebrated was that of Miss Caroline Gresl, who became the bride of Harvey Denk at Whitelaw, at the St. Michael’s church at nine o’clock this morning. The ceremony was read before a large gathering of relatives and friends by Rev. Theo Pufahl.
Miss Marie Gresl attended the bride as the maid of honor with Alfred Gresl as the best man. Miss Nora Tuschel was the bridesmaid and Erwin Denk the other attendant. A reception with a dinner and supper was held at the bride’s home for sixty relatives and friends.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gresl of Whitelaw and the groom is the son of Mrs. Mary Denk of Cato. Mr. and Mrs. Denk will make their home at Cato, the groom being engaged in farming there.
