TOWNSEND - Charles J. Iten died Tuesday at his home in Ashtabula Ohio. He was superabundant of the Townsend Leather board Company for many years. He was born in Girane Switzerland, 75 years ago, the son of Melchior and Agatha (Richley) Iten. A 32nd Degree Mason, he was at the time of his death. The President and Owner of Iten Fiber Company in Ohio. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Lillian (Gilenrist) Iten of Townsend, and a brother, Edwin E. Iten of Pepperell.
