Gerald "Jerry" Werner Eul, 62, of Faribault, died Saturday, Sept. 7, 1996, at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault, with the Rev. Robert E. Snyder officiating. Interment will be in Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Boldt Funeral Home and an hour before the service Tuesday.
Gerald W., the son of Werner and Ruth Ann (Pofahl) Eul, was born Aug. 18, 1934, in Faribault. He was formerly employed by the Faribault Faribault Fire Department for 20 years and was also known for a building moving business, which he shared with Fred Kuether in Faribault.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth of Faribault; four daughters, Kay (and Patrick) Dudley of Faribault, Karen (and Mark) Lilja of Coon Rapids, Sue (and Bruce) Grimes of Dundas and Cheryl Eul (and fiancee John Guyan) of Faribault; two sons, Steven (and Brenda) Eul and Douglas (and Janet) Eul of Faribault; 15 grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley (and Dale) Johnson of Eau Claire, Wis. and Marlene Finger of Northfield; two brothers, Kenneth (and Judy) Eul of Rosemount and Werner Jr. "Butch" (and Judi) Eul of Faribault; and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Werner C. "Slim" Eul.
